This weeks bespoke building completed a sampling unit at Stratford Upon Avon Racecourse.

The racecourse had specific requirements for a building to carry out tests on race horses prior to their race.


100mm Insulated composite box profile steel roof sheets in juniper green complete with matching steel ridge capping
Shiplap cladding 19mm x 125mm pressure treated
Framework 100mm x 50mm pressure treated
Roof joists 150mm x 50mm planed all round pressure treated
1.8m Overhang complete with support posts, gallow bracing and underlined in shiplap cladding
Top and bottom doors to the stables complete with galvanised fixings and a 250mm deep chew strip.
Door surround chew strips
Gable end vents
Kick boards full height
Windows in each stable and the service area protected with a galvanised steel grill
Internal sliding doors within the central service area leading to stables with a peep hole
